Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Registering sales and handling customer transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Engaging with customers and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience
  • Recommending products and services to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, cabinets, and displays
  • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products
  • Implementing company asset protection methods to prevent loss and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Providing support with visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays
  • Assisting with customer service in the photo area, including printing photos and promoting promotional photo products
  • Assisting with online order pickup and other tasks as assigned

Customer Experience

As a customer service representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions with customers will have a direct impact on their shopping experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers and providing assistance with products and services
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience

Operations

As a part of our operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Registering sales and handling customer transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Recommending products and services to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, cabinets, and displays
  • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products
  • Implementing company asset protection methods to prevent loss and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Providing support with visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays

Training & Personal Development

As a customer service representative, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role. You will be responsible for:

  • Attending training sessions and completing required paperwork
  • Participating in performance evaluations and feedback sessions
  • Seeking feedback and coaching from colleagues and supervisors
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Previous work experience with arenaflex
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
