Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to think quickly on your feet, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and solutions to customers via live chat
  • Assisting customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and order processing
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role (1-2 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
