As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (6 Month Contract) – Remote Opportunity, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business results
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including orders, invoices, and communications
  • Providing support to our customers on order and invoicing needs, including alternative ship/pick up dates based on product availability
  • Completing invoicing and communicating in an accurate and timely manner
  • Other projects as assigned/required

Path for Success: Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Successful completion of Grade 12. Post-secondary education is an asset
  • Fluently bilingual English and French (nice to have)
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience working with an ERP system and sales admin/order entry experience is an asset
  • Technology typing speed of minimum 45 wpm
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is an asset
  • Efficient and effective working with a sense of urgency to get things done in a timely manner and meet deadlines
  • Team-player: Positive Can-Do attitude and willingness to help
  • Calm under pressure
  • Great communicator who practices active listening and are excellent at both verbal and written communication
  • Adaptable: you can work in a fast-paced environment and are flexible to changing priorities
