- Experience with
State Government / Public Sector projects
- Familiarity with
Child Support Enforcement (CSE) / IV-D programs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage
enterprise IT projects and modernization initiatives
- Define and document
business & technical requirements
- Collaborate with
stakeholders, vendors, and development teams
- Ensure
project governance, risk management, and compliance
- Drive delivery
on time and within budget
- Provide
strategic direction for system implementations
- Mentor and guide teams on
project management best practices Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years
of IT Project Management experience
- Strong experience in
Child Support Systems / Human Services domain
- Experience with
system modernization / legacy transformation projects
- Expertise in managing
enterprise-level IT implementations
- Strong knowledge of
Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in
project governance, risk, and stakeholder management
- PMP Certification
