Trade Marketing Coordinator - hybrid NYC!

Our client is a fast-growing beauty brand committed to delivering innovative products, compelling storytelling, and best-in-class retail experiences. Position Summary The Trade Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of trade marketing initiatives across key retail partners in the Americas region. This role works closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to help bring campaigns to life and ensure alignment across all channels. This is a highly executional role focused on supporting campaign delivery, maintaining organization across multiple workstreams, and contributing to retail performance through strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the beauty or consumer space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of seasonal and retailer-specific trade marketing programs, including product launches and promotions
  • Assist in creating and organizing campaign toolkits, ensuring timelines, assets, and deliverables are clearly communicated
  • Coordinate with Global Marketing and internal teams to gather assets and ensure timely delivery of retailer-specific content
  • Help manage retailer creative needs across dotcom, social, and in-store collateral, ensuring assets meet brand and retailer guidelines
  • Track and confirm all retailer assets are delivered on time and accurately
  • Assist with retailer product setup processes, ensuring forms, assets, and required documentation are completed and submitted correctly
  • Maintain retailer marketing calendars, promotional trackers, and reporting tools
  • Support ongoing campaign tracking, ensuring files and documentation are organized and up to date
  • Assist in gathering data for post-campaign analysis and reporting, helping identify key learnings and opportunities
  • Support ratings and reviews programs, including product seeding and basic performance tracking
  • Help coordinate trade marketing activations and events, including timelines, vendor communication, and logistical support
  • Support budget tracking and purchase order processes, including assisting with invoice follow-ups
  • Coordinate product samples and comps for retailer needs, working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a related marketing role (internships included)
  • Interest in beauty, consumer goods, or retail environments
  • Familiarity with major retailers (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, department stores) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow
