Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling high-volume client requests, and performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and service.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.

  • Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling.
  • Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
  • Settle all data entry-related exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
  • Settle Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
  • Settle phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Exceptions.
  • Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
  • Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Certificate or GED.

  • Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
  • Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
