Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients through live chat conversations. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to provide a personalized experience that drives the consumer to want to do business with us. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and your ability to multi-task, improvise, and type quickly will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed

  • Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives
  • Keep a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested
  • Follow up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past
  • Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support through live chat conversations
  • Work in teams to meet individual and company benchmarks

Essential Qualifications

* Experience in navigating website pages and quickly identifying information

  • Social media experience
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable
  • Career-oriented and professional
  • Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales and customer service

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
