Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to Walmart customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from Walmart customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Create and manage customer tickets, documenting all interactions and updates
  • Conduct basic research to resolve customer issues, using available resources and tools
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with Walmart's products and services
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
