What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences while working remotely in Texas. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
  • Consulting with customers on health-related products with compassion and empathy
  • Resolving customer issues with a smile and a commitment to excellence

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
  • A smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
