Supervisor Referral Management

Work From Home Work From Home Work From Home, Indiana 46544 The Referral Management Supervisor is key for the daily supervision of a team responsible for initiating prior authorizing, and scheduling of internal, incoming, and outgoing referrals. In this role you will oversee the daily operations and activities to ensure goals and objectives of referrals are met. You will guide and support staff in upholding current and standardized referral policies and workflows on a daily basis. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Ensure current and standardized referral policies and workflows are followed and utilized on a regular basis. Supervise, direct, train, and evaluate the performance of all Referral Coordinators. Ensure that referral and prior authorizations are processed in a timely manner. Effectively schedule staff to provide optimum coverage with available resources to meet department goals relating to production and quality. Manage escalated issues received from clinical teams, patients, and providers. Evaluate and actively solve problems related to referral management, prior authorizations, and patient scheduling. Manage timecards and maintain attendance records in accordance with policy and department expectations.
