Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, directing them appropriately.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, managing a multi-line phone system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front office area, ensuring a professional appearance.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Provide general support to internal teams as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers in a helpful and courteous manner. Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, even if informal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a receptionisti, front office executive, or administrative assistant preferred.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or invoicing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
