Job summary We are seeking an experienced, business-oriented Senior Litigation Lawyer to manage complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a strong project management mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, solution-driven approach to legal risk.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex litigation and dispute resolution matters, aligned with business objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on disputes, contracts, and risk exposure. Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control. Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements). Provide early-stage dispute assessments, including breach analysis, termination strategies, and recoverability. Drive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial). Act as a legal project manager, ensuring visibility, timelines, structured reporting, and end-to-end case management. Support internal investigations, insurance matters, and regulatory issues when required.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years’ litigation experience (top-tier law firm and/or in-house). Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation. Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, international environment. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high accountability. Interest in data-driven legal management (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AI tools). Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
