We are seeking an Analytics Manager to build, operate, and continuously improve our data, reporting, and analytics ecosystem with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled insights. This role is instrumental in supporting financial reporting, supply chain tracking, and portfolio company performance, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and Operational leadership. You'll bridge the gap between data systems and business operators, leveraging your technical expertise and strategic mindset to scale analytics, automation, and AI adoption across the enterprise. Edged is highly selective about the people we bring on board because our mission depends on it. Progress happens quickly and we must be able to trust one another to be transparent, communicative, strategic, reliable, and driven. We seek ultra-creatives and superstar performers with a sense of humility and a hunger to make a positive impact in the world. We offer flexibility and endless growth opportunities to those who can harness their skills and talents and identify how and where to use them to add value.

Support continuous iteration based on business requirements and translate strategic priorities into a scalable analytics and AI adoption plan. Reporting & Data Quality: Design and standardize reporting across multiple companies, implement data checks, controls, validation, and reconciliation across systems, and establish performance metrics and benchmarks for KPIs and efficiency improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance for accurate, auditable reporting, coordinate with IT on architecture, access, and security, and translate analytics into clear insights for business operators across the portfolio. Stakeholder Engagement: Educate and gain buy-in from key management stakeholders regarding analytics standards and data governance. Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to ensure delivery of commitments. Documentation: Prepare and present analytics and reporting documentation for stakeholders, including user guides, SOPs, data dictionaries, and training content. AI & Automation: Define and execute a clear path for the development, integration, and deployment of AI-enabled analytics, automation of recurring reports, and intelligent data pipelines, applying AI/ML concepts to forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation. Technology Trends: Stay informed about technology trends influencing analytics and AI, including both innovative and disruptive developments. Serve as an internal thought leader on responsible AI, data privacy, and modern analytics practices. Act as a trusted advisor guiding teams through the data and AI transformation journey. Experienced, highly talented experts as team peers. Growth and travel opportunities. A team of change-makers having a significant impact on people and the planet.
