Your responsibilities at waterdrop®: Be an Ambassador for our Brand, Values and Product across all waterdrop® retail stores within your area, bringing our Retail Core Values to life — Always Keep Growing, Together We Win, Be The Consumer, Bring High Energy, Find A Way. Drive commercial success across your area by achieving sales targets, managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities to improve overall store performance. Monitor and analyze KPIs across all locations, ensuring accurate reporting and implementing targeted action plans to continuously optimize results. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture, strong customer experience, and clear succession planning. Ensure consistent execution of brand and operational standards across all stores, including visual merchandising, store presentation, and back-of-house organization. Drive local marketing initiatives, store events, and business development opportunities to increase footfall, sales, and brand awareness. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and ensure clear, effective communication across stores, departments, and leadership. Manage priorities, resources, and store readiness for senior leadership visits, ensuring operational excellence across all locations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. What you bring to the table: Experience in a multi-store retail environment with strong focus on customer service, commercial performance, and brand execution. Strong understanding of KPIs and ability to analyze performance, report insights, and drive improvements across multiple locations. Proven leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing Store Managers and high-performing retail teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to influence both operational and commercial outcomes. Flexible, adaptable, and experienced in managing change in a dynamic retail environment. Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills across multiple stores. Resilient and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges and continuous improvement. Languages: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
