We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM Campaign Specialist to join the team at Gamdom. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring that the right message reaches the right players at the right time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging data insights to drive engagement, improve retention, and enhance overall player satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Configure and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, onsite notifications, and promotional pages Utilize data and reporting tools to support segmentation, targeting, and optimal campaign timing decisions Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Tableau, CRM analytics), and continuously refine execution based on insights Build, manage, and validate player segments within CRM systems (e.g., Fast Track or similar platforms) to ensure accurate targeting and personalization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives and player engagement strategies Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Ensure all campaigns comply with responsible gaming policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable regulatory standards Contribute to process and workflow improvements, supporting a culture of data-driven execution and accountability Key Requirements Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution (iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage) Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Fast Track, including campaign workflows and segmentation logic Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable campaign strategies Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously High attention to detail, strong ownership, and a results-driven approach Perks at Gamdom Fully remote, work from anywhere in the world Flexible working schedule 25 days of paid time off Equipment allowance Apply To This Job
