Area Sales OfficerArea Sales OfficerPiramal Pharma Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Area Sales Officer to manage and grow sales within a designated territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and market share growth. Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand the customer base in the assigned area.

  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Promote and sell Piramal Pharma's product portfolio effectively to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Manage product distribution, stock levels, and order fulfillment within the territory.
  • Organize and execute promotional activities, product launches, and continuous medical education (CME) programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
