This role sits within the Data & Analytics capability area, supporting a portfolio of business applications across multiple locations. You will work in a virtual, international environment, collaborating with business stakeholders, D&IT partners, and external vendors to implement and continuously improve data and analytics solutions in line with JTI standards and governance. Position: As a D&IT Business Solutions Analyst, you will: Manage and support business applications for the Jordan and Palestine Cluster Implement and maintain Data & Analytics solutions across the MENEAT region Continuously develop technical and project delivery skills, especially in Data & Analytics Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget Plan and manage projects end-to-end (including data migration and go-live activities) to deploy centralized systems locally or regionally Work closely with business stakeholders to improve existing solutions and identify new needs Monitor technology trends within JTI and the market, proposing innovative solutions where relevant Ensure compliance with JTI Project Management Framework, D&IT standards, policies, J‑SOX controls, and governance requirements Requirements: University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT-related role Experience working in a global or multinational environment Strong knowledge of Data & Analytics technologies, including: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Warehouse, Synapse Analytics SQL / NoSQL databases and big data platforms Data analysis, modeling, testing, and validation Programming skills in Python, R, or similar Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders FMCG experience, AI/ML exposure, solution design, or vendor management experience is considered an advantage What to expect: Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, learning and growth opportunities, and an attractive benefits package.
