Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications
