Experienced Customer Success Hero – US Market Development and Growth

We are now seeking an experienced Customer Success Hero to join our US market development and growth team. As a Customer Success Hero, you will play a critical role in ensuring the growth and satisfaction of our US customers, driving net MRR churn reduction, and gathering valuable insights to inform our product roadmap.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Hero, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to our Enterprise clients, and identifying and addressing potential churn risks. You will also be responsible for gathering insights from our customers through regular touchpoints, interviews, and surveys, and using this feedback to inform our product development and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure the successful onboarding of new customers, including phone and email touchpoints to uncover potential issues and provide training and support as needed

  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to our Enterprise clients, anticipating and addressing potential churn risks
  • Gather insights from our customers through regular touchpoints, interviews, and surveys, and use this feedback to inform our product development and marketing strategies
  • Identify and address potential churn risks, working closely with our sales and product teams to develop and implement strategies to reduce churn
  • Collaborate with our customer success team to develop and implement customer success strategies and processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and best practices with the customer success team

Essential Qualifications

* At least 2-3 years of experience in customer success, support, or sales at a self-service B2B SaaS business

  • Strong ability to write and speak English, with another language a plus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesmachine and Intercom
  • Obsessed by customer service and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Comfortable with calls and live demos, with the ability to answer any question or face any objection
  • Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions to customers and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Goal- and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets
  • Experience in the social media industry a plus
  • Strong team player, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer success or support role at a high-growth startup or scale-up

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's product and services
  • Experience with customer success tools and platforms, such as Gainsight or Totango
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and act on customer data and insights
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing and advertising, with the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies
