The Role

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, research participation, and online focus groups. You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, from product testing to research trials, and you'll be able to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities

* Data entry: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, using your keyboard and mouse to complete tasks.

  • Research participation: You'll participate in online research studies, providing valuable feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services.
  • Online focus groups: You'll engage in online discussions with other participants, sharing your opinions and experiences to help us better understand our customers.
  • Product testing: You'll test our products and services, providing feedback on their usability, functionality, and overall quality.
  • Research trials: You'll participate in research trials, helping us to test and refine our products and services.

Essential Qualifications

* Education: We welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds, including high school diploma, college degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Current USA resident: You must be a current resident of the United States to apply for this position.
  • English language skills: You must be able to speak, read, and understand English, and Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Focus and follow-through: You'll need to be able to focus and follow through on tasks, even when working independently.
  • Computer skills: You'll need a computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks, and Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience: Experience in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support is helpful but not mandatory.

  • Data entry skills: You'll need to be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute and have basic data entry skills.
  • Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support: While not mandatory, experience in these areas is highly valued.

What You'll Need to Get Started

* Laptop: You'll need a laptop or mobile device to complete tasks, and you may be asked to use your webcam for certain studies.

  • Stable internet connection: You'll need a stable internet connection to complete tasks and participate in online research studies.
  • Data entry skills: You'll need to be able to read, write, and take direction, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

Pay and Benefits

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
  • Flexible scheduling: You'll be able to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.
