Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating appointments for our sales team through outbound calling, building rapport with potential clients, and communicating the value proposition of our services. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments for the sales team, utilizing warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers and build rapport.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain our services and value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules, ensuring a seamless transition of leads and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in the designated software, providing valuable insights for future outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up processes, driving business development and enhancing our market presence.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies and appointment-setting techniques, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Experience

While previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred, we're open to candidates with a strong passion for sales and customer service who are eager to learn and grow with our team. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven negotiation skills that lead to successful appointment generation, with a focus on building rapport and understanding client needs.
  • Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing client information, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A background in business development or market research is advantageous but not required, as we're committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
