Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote work environment or customer service role

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with data entry and typing (25 words per minute or higher)
