Job Summary

As a Hybrid Customer Service Consultant, you'll work in our Evansville, IN office 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. You'll be responsible for handling telephone and virtual customer interactions, utilizing various tools and systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Your expertise in arenaflex's products and services will enable you to provide effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts to resolve inquiries and issues

  • Assist with customer interactions received via various channels, including email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues, engaging third-party vendors and suppliers as needed
  • Remain proficient in billing, rate plans, and feature matters to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify, track, and trend issues for root cause elimination to improve customer satisfaction and reduce repeat issues
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

  • Advanced typing/keyboarding skills to efficiently handle high-volume customer interactions
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in an evolving environment, adapting to changing customer needs and arenaflex's products and services

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with arenaflex's products and services

  • Call center experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with various tools and systems, including telephone, email, e-care, correspondence, TTY, and online chat
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Education Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Experience Requirements

* At least one year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $19.61

  • $2,500.00 sign-on bonus paid out in three installments:

+ First $500 payment 30 days after hire date + Second $1,000 payment 6 months after hire date + Third $1,000 payment 1 year after hire date

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off
