Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Lead Customer Experience Researcher to lead our research efforts and provide actionable insights to our leadership teams. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and executing research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings to senior business executives. If you're a seasoned researcher with a passion for customer experience and a knack for storytelling, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Customer Experience Researcher, you'll be responsible for:

  • Understanding member and provider experiences to provide leadership teams with actionable insights for improving them.
  • Advising on research strategies to answer business questions and produce actionable insights, along with facilitating primary research (qualitative and quantitative) with various types of customers.
  • Producing deliverables that are easy to consume and presenting actionable insights to senior business executives.
  • Facilitating primary research (quantitative and qualitative) from beginning to end, including scoping, methodology selection, fielding, and analysis.
  • Creating and managing intercepts for transactional surveys/feedback tabs.
  • Delivering and presenting reports producing actionable insights.
  • Creating service recovery/inner loop processes for surveys.
  • Designing, building, and launching surveys/dashboards (Qualtrics Engage).
  • Understanding of Discover text analysis connectors, taxonomies, and dashboards.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Primary/Generative and Secondary/Evaluative research experience.
  • Qualitative and quantitative research expertise.
  • Experience with Qualtrics/Clarabridge and SPSS.
  • Healthcare insurance or insurance experience.
  • Research repository management skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing your research experience and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Experience with user testing platforms and online research communities (e.g., Fuel Cycle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
