Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Logging Issues: Log any issues that require follow-up from the individual restaurant locations, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in the restaurant business or related.
