Responsibilities

As an IT Equipment Delivery & Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Equipment Delivery: Pick up and deliver IT equipment (such as laptops and tablets) within your local area, ensuring timely and secure hand-offs.
  • Chat Support: Assist IT engineers by relaying messages via chat tools (Slack, Teams, etc.), providing clear and concise information to help users with equipment setup.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with our IT team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • U.S. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • U.S. Location: Must be located in the United States, with a focus on local deliveries.
