Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including online courses, workshops, and webinars, that meet the needs of our diverse customer base

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in our education offerings
  • Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from customers to inform the development of new education programs and content
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and thought leaders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our education content
  • Create and manage educational content, including course materials, presentations, and assessments, using a variety of tools and platforms
  • Deliver high-quality education programs and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to meet the needs of our customers
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer education and apply this knowledge to inform our education strategy

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in customer education, training, or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that drive customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform education program development
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other education technology platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in a related field, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Instructional Designer (CID)
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform education program development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS)
