What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, and providing exceptional service to create lasting impressions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert advice on oil change options and additional services to customers
- Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Suggesting additional services to customers based on inspection and/or manufacturer and arenaflex recommendations
- Participating in on-the-job training to develop product knowledge and skills
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and service
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact with people face-to-face and provide exceptional customer service
- Eagerness to learn and grow, with a passion for developing product knowledge and skills
- Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
