What You'll Be Doing

As an Experienced Live Chat Support Agent – Digital Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This may involve responding to support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that resolve customer issues and build trust.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers
  • Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses that resolve customer issues and build trust
  • Engage with users, solve their queries, and transform challenges into opportunities
  • Work independently, following provided steps and instructions
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless interactions and build strong relationships with customers

Essential Qualifications:

* 10+ hours availability per week

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in live chat support or customer service

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and website chat functions
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training provided)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
