Job Summary

As a Customer Success Sales Executive at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include re-engaging with past and inactive Advisory clients, managing existing Advisory clients, and presenting our product to customers. You'll be working closely with our sales and customer success teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Re-engage with past and inactive Advisory clients to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets

  • Manage existing Advisory clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Present our product to customers, highlighting its features, benefits, and value proposition
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure arenaflex remains competitive

Requirements

* Native-level German and full professional proficiency in English (C1)

  • 3+ years of experience in a full sales cycle position
  • Knowledge of the best sales techniques for professionally dealing with objections, negotiating, creating proposals, and successful deal closure
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
