Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to arenaflex's innovative technology products and services efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system, maintaining a high level of data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical concerns, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to drive resolutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in ongoing training to improve your skills, ensuring you're always equipped to handle the latest technologies and customer needs.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in support processes, driving continuous quality enhancements and customer satisfaction growth.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and customer service capabilities.

  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of technology products and services.
