Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. This will involve:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across a variety of industries
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Strong customer service and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Familiarity with call center software and technology
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. Independent Contractors may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. Actual earnings may vary depending on opportunity, call type, call volume, and other factors.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • View our background and credit check requirements here
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details.

Availability

Independent Contractors choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. As an Independent Contractor, you get to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients; the more you service, the higher your earning potential!
