What You'll Do:

As a Norwegian Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing arenaflex with professionalism and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing seamless customer experiences through phone, email, and calls
• Handling customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Turning every customer into a happy customer through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Understanding and empathizing with people, with a strong problem-solving mentality
• Prior experience in customer support or claims and consumer complaints (an asset)
• Exceptional communication and soft skills, with a results-driven approach
• Computer knowledge, with good proficiency in MS programs
• A positive and adventurous attitude, with a curiosity-driven mindset
