Job Summary

Our Talent Managers work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, responsible for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients. You'll market arenaflex's services through various channels, including telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in administrative and customer support departments. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities
  • Managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participating in local trade association and networking events to increase arenaflex's presence in the local business community

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, human resources)
  • 1+ years of administrative or customer support experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development in a metrics-driven environment
  • Proven success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment
  • Ability to market to and close top-level decision makers at small to medium-sized businesses
  • Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations
  • Positive attitude and engaging business-like approach
  • Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,640 to $77,000, depending on experience and location. The position is eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance objectives. Additionally, you'll enjoy:
