Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients
