We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our remote team (onsite options available in Spain) as a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers: Address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information: Share knowledge about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex matters: Guide customers through potential solutions and escalate complex matters to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records: Record customer interactions within our CRM system, ensuring that our team has a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with our teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute insights to improve processes and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with our customers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills: You'll need to possess a friendly and empathetic demeanor to handle customer concerns and provide top-notch support.
  • Proven experience in customer service: We're looking for candidates with proven experience in a customer service or call center role (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities: You'll need to be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems: You'll need to be proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications to manage customer interactions and data.
