Job Overview

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Precisely inputting data into our systems based on provided images, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Recognizing and classifying various document types, with the ability to adapt to new and changing requirements
• Verifying and reviewing data entries to maintain accuracy and high quality, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Safeguarding personal health information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, with a strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion
• Engaging professionally with colleagues as necessary, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proposing enhancements for workflow processes, with a focus on innovation and efficiency
• Completing assigned tasks punctually and assisting with additional responsibilities as needed, with a strong work ethic and flexibility

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work productively and efficiently
• Self-motivation and the ability to maintain focus and manage multiple assignments, with a strong sense of organization and prioritization
• Quick learning abilities, with the ability to adhere to instructions and adjust as required, and a willingness to learn and grow
• Capacity to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information, with a strong commitment to discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Typing proficiency of 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills, and a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a strong commitment to professionalism and integrity
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, but not mandatory, and a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Competitive pay of $12 per hour
• Part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred, minimum of 20 hours per week)
• Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
