Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Maintain accurate and organized underwriting records and documentation. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of policies. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed underwriting decisions. Work closely with other underwriters and departments to share knowledge and best practices. Continuously review and improve underwriting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Stay updated on company products and services to effectively promote and cross-sell to clients. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all underwriting activities. Attend training and development programs to enhance underwriting skills and knowledge. Represent AIG in a professional and positive manner at all times.
