Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Supervisor - Customer Care, you'll play a vital role in shaping our customer-focused culture and contributing to the success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a team of customer service representatives: You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Providing coaching, counseling, and performance feedback: You'll work closely with team members to enhance their skills and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them grow and develop.
  • Responding to escalated customer complaints: You'll resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Contributing to a positive work environment: You'll help create a work environment that recognizes achievement, rewards high performance, and promotes opportunity, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Performing supervisory stand-by duty: You'll be required to perform stand-by duty as needed, including weekends or emergency situations, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • BS/BA Degree preferred, or 5 years of strongly related experience: A degree in a relevant field or significant experience in customer service and supervision is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with 3 years of supervisory experience: You'll need a strong background in customer service, with experience in supervisory roles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills: You'll need to be an effective communicator, leader, and problem-solver, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities: You'll need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team performance
