The Role:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences and driving loyalty. You'll work closely with our forward-thinking team, supported by managers invested in your career growth. Your adaptability, quick learning ability, and excellent communication skills will enable you to navigate various products and communication channels, including live chat and email.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you'll:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, showcasing high attention to detail.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complex customer issues and proactively develop customer relationships.
  • Escalate recurring issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant internal departments.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant internal departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Who We're Looking For:

If you have:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a multi-channel contact center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
  • A customer-centric approach with a proven ability to resolve issues.
  • Initiative and a 'can-do' attitude with a passion for improving customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Desired Skills:

* Foreign language knowledge (a bonus).

  • Familiarity with gaming products and applicable expertise.
  • Experience with multiple communication channels.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles.
  • Experience with social media and online customer engagement.
