Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing all inquiries and services in Italian
- Finding effective solutions to individual customer problems and concerns
- Offering necessary information on new products and promotions to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and spoken Italian
- Advanced level of English
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
