About the Role

In this full-time, remote position, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our card members, addressing their concerns, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience with arenaflex. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to deliver the world's best customer experience. As a Remote Customer Experience Concierge, you will be the primary point of contact for our card members, and you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional service to premium card members via chat, addressing their concerns and providing personalized support
  • Utilizing your expertise to offer tailored solutions, enhancing the customer experience and fostering brand loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, making recommendations to card members as needed
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and prioritizing the customer experience

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Minimum 1-year experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, hospitality)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, hospitality)

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
