Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our passengers, ensuring a smooth travel experience from booking to arrival. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting passengers and their belongings from enrollment through the flight process
  • Maintaining awareness of wheelchair equipment in practical areas
  • Reviewing passenger boarding records and flight requirements
  • Adhering to all airline and airport security regulations
  • Providing accurate information and direction to passengers
  • Communicating with in-flight teams to coordinate passenger assistance
  • Assisting passengers with accessing restrooms and food vendors as needed
  • Providing support to hearing or disabled passengers
  • Ensuring all equipment used in your responsibilities is maintained in optimal condition and reporting any issues
  • Reporting any safety concerns or medical issues to management
  • Participating in passenger security screenings
  • Taking all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of passengers, employees, and other personnel
  • Assisting passengers with special needs and assistive devices
  • Responding to passenger inquiries and providing assistance with connecting transportation and airport navigation
  • Assisting with security checks of the ramp to prevent unauthorized access
  • Supporting crowd control and line management to facilitate passenger flow
  • Taking direction from leads, supervisors, and other departments to ensure issues are addressed and resolutions are effective
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and making sound decisions to ensure optimal passenger assistance while adhering to timelines
  • Ensuring FAA and arenaflex airport standards are met
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid to work in the US
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the airline industry
  • Knowledge of arenaflex Airlines customer service and ground operations procedures
  • Organized, highly motivated, and possess a positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints
  • Ability to handle tasks in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in work assignments
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and general office hardware
  • Ability to adhere to a strict dress code
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
