Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global customer base. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.00/hour. We're a dynamic and fast-paced team that's always looking for ways to improve and grow.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our global customer base via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer questions about products, services, and policies
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a variety of shift assignments, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with high-end merchandise or luxury brands

  • Knowledge of fashion and style trends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
