Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our subscribers who need assistance with their accounts, billing, or technical issues. Your role is to provide a smooth and satisfying customer experience, ensuring that our subscribers feel valued and supported every step of the way. Whether it's resolving login problems, explaining subscription plans, or answering general service inquiries, you'll be the face of arenaflex and a vital part of our customer support team.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to Subscriber Inquiries: Engage with customers through phone, chat, and email platforms to address their concerns and resolve issues efficiently. - Troubleshoot Streaming and Device Issues: Use your technical expertise to resolve streaming and device-related problems, ensuring our subscribers can access their favorite content without interruption. - Explain Subscription Plans and Account Features: Clearly communicate our subscription plans, billing charges, and account features to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their arenaflex experience. - Record Detailed Notes of Customer Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, providing valuable insights for our team to improve our services and support. - Escalate Complex Issues: When necessary, escalate complex issues to our specialized teams while maintaining a positive tone and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

- Location: Must be located in or near Cincinnati, OH, and authorized to work in the United States. - Education: High school diploma or GED required. - Customer Service Experience: While customer service or call center experience is a plus, it's not required. We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and resolving issues efficiently. - Technical Savvy: You should be comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and have a basic understanding of technical concepts related to streaming and device issues. - Reliable Internet Connection and Home Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable internet connection is necessary for this role.
