Experienced Customer Training Instructor II – Retailer Development and Support

We're seeking an experienced Customer Training Instructor II to join our team in Pueblo, CO. As a key member of our retailer development and support team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining assigned retailer bases and providing training for regions within Colorado. This is a temporary 4-month assignment, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely while traveling between locations and enjoying a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Training Instructor II, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting weekly training classes and periodic refresher classes to ensure retailers have the necessary skills and knowledge to operate our systems effectively
  • Delivering train-the-trainer sessions, updating training materials, and training retailers to maintain high standards of customer service and technical expertise
  • Monitoring retailers' training to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards and providing feedback for improvement
  • Scheduling, confirming, and communicating with retailers, as well as following up on training activities to ensure seamless execution
  • Instructing retailers in both classroom lectures and in-store trainings, providing clear and concise guidance on our products and services
  • Visiting assigned retailers on a routine basis to clean Lottery terminals, deliver supplies and promotional inserts, and ensure proper levels of supplies are stocked and terminals are clean
  • Serving as the primary point-of-contact for assigned Lottery sales representatives, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Following up on all installs and change of ownerships to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to retailers' operations
  • Organizing and participating in Lottery promotions, fairs, and events to engage with retailers and promote arenaflex products and services
  • Serving as a liaison between arenaflex, lottery officials, and retailers to provide effective and satisfactory customer service
  • Coordinating all activities and monitoring field activities for assigned regions to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Participating in projects as assigned, including developing and coordinating field materials to support retailers in the retail environment
  • Serving as the point person for all projects, including attending project team meetings, updating timelines, developing schedules, training materials, and written marketing materials

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with in-person classroom training, with a strong emphasis on customer product or virtual webinar training experience (although not required)
  • The ability to build strong, supportive customer relationships, which is essential for success in this role
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts and processes in simple terms to a diverse audience
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with strong personalities and deal with conflict and urgent problem-solving
  • Training experience with groups of 3-20 people
  • A clean driving record, as a company car will be provided for business use

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with an estimated starting compensation range of $40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may vary based on factors such as background, skills, experience, and work location. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for commission payments, discretionary bonuses, and other incentives. arenaflex also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program, including:
