Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Service Logistics & S&OP

Remote · USA Full-time New today

About The Position WEKA is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to own service logistics operations and drive our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This role is pivotal in ensuring parts availability, service delivery performance and demand-supply balance across a complex, multi-region network. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Service Logistics

  • Lead end-to-end service parts supply chain including planning, procurement, distribution and reverse logistics for field service operations.
  • Manage depot inventory strategies to optimize parts fill rates and minimize excess.
  • Oversee 3PL and logistics provider relationships, including performance management, contract compliance and continuous improvements initiatives.
  • Drive lifecycle management of service parts from new product introduction (NPI) through end-of-life (EOL), coordinating with product management and supply chain teams.

Forecasting and S&OP

  • Design, lead and continuously mature the monthly S&OP process, ensuring alignment across finance, product management, operations and supply chain functions.
  • Develop and own statistical demand forecasting models for service parts, incorporating failure rates, install base data, and product lifecycle trends.
  • Translate demand signals into supply plans, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending trade-off decisions to senior leadership.
  • Build and present executive-level reporting on forecast accuracy, inventory health, supply risk and S&OP performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years in supply chain, with substantial focus on service / aftermarket logistics
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business or related field
  • Demonstrated S&OP ownership - not just participation
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems (NetSuite a plus) and CRM Systems (SFDC a plus)
  • Strong data analysis skills; advanced Excel or BI tooling
  • Preferred experience in high-tech; fast-past environments
  • Sense of humor!
