Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our mission by supporting our recruitment initiatives and helping us attract top talent. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, while upholding our commitment to exceptional candidate experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while building a fulfilling career in mental health care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, including creating visually engaging materials (e.g., job ads, social posts, candidate communications) using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
  • Prepare offer documents and employment agreements.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Compile and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate demographics.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance recruitment workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, social media platforms, or basic content creation) is required.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).

Transformations Care Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this role is $50,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. This reflects our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
