The Opportunity We are hiring an Influencer Lead to build and scale our influencer program across multiple consumer brands. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who understands both influencer strategy and operational execution. You will help create the infrastructure, partnerships, workflows, and growth strategy needed to significantly expand our influencer presence and brand reach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants the opportunity to make a visible impact on company growth. What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale influencer partnerships across key social and creator platforms
  • Develop influencer sourcing, outreach, and relationship strategies
  • Create operational workflows and processes for influencer management
  • Manage influencer communications, negotiations, and partnerships
  • Help define platform strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Partner closely with internal marketing and brand teams
  • Track influencer performance and partnership effectiveness
  • Develop scalable systems for managing increased influencer volume
  • Use AI tools, automation, and workflow systems to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand alignment and audience targeting

What Success Looks Like Within the first 6–12 months, successful candidates will:

  • Build a scalable influencer program infrastructure
  • Create and execute a clear influencer growth roadmap
  • Help scale influencer partnerships from approximately 50 annually to 250 annually
  • Establish repeatable workflows, systems, and reporting processes
  • Improve partnership quality and long-term influencer value
  • Become a trusted internal resource for influencer strategy and platform expertise
  • Support aggressive growth initiatives across multiple consumer brands

What We’re Looking For Required Experience

  • Experience building or scaling influencer programs
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and creator partnerships
  • Expertise across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
  • Experience managing influencer relationships, contracts, and communications
  • Strong organizational and operational mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience in home goods, consumer products, lifestyle, or adjacent industries
  • Background in partnership marketing, creator partnerships, or strategic partnerships
  • Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, or scalable marketing systems
  • Experience operating in growth-stage or build-from-scratch environments
