Account Receivable Analyst-II

About the position As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst , you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment. Your primary focus will be collections, account reconciliation, issue resolution, and researching payment discrepancies to keep AR balances accurate and aligned with team metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, end users, and internal teams to investigate past‑due items, resolve blockers, and maintain strong financial controls. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly while balancing multiple tasks. It’s an opportunity to make a direct impact on cash flow and customer satisfaction while building your expertise in AR, reporting, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of AR accounts and monitor aging to identify past‑due items and risk indicators.
  • Contact customers and end users to gather payment information, address discrepancies, and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Research invoice and credit memo histories; validate accuracy and identify issues requiring correction.
  • Perform account reconciliations with minimal guidance, documenting findings and next steps.
  • Investigate and resolve issues delaying payment — including RMAs, lost shipments, incorrect documentation, and program‑related blockers. escalate red flags or unresolved issues to management when appropriate.
  • Review daily bank/lockbox activity to determine the correct allocation and disbursement of funds between TD SYNNEX and customers.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date AR reporting in Excel and internal systems to ensure readiness for internal and customer reviews.
  • Complete applications and processing tasks in compliance with internal guidelines, including RMA processes and program closures.
  • Support occasional non-standard work hours as business needs arise.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, credit/collections, or Accounts Payable .
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Collections experience (any industry) strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of account reconciliation and credit procedures.
  • Familiarity with RMA/program processes from issuance through credit or program close.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook ; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to technology changes.
  • Strong attention to detail; accuracy in data entry and mathematical work.
  • Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify root causes and next steps.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset; adaptable, easygoing, and team‑oriented approach to work.
  • High integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
  • Ability to work in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable with extended periods of computer/phone work; reasonable accommodations available.

  • Experience with QuickBooks is helpful but not required.
